- Fully Automatic Outer Barreled Cleaning Machine
The barreled enters the outer barreled cleaning machine under the conveying force of the conveyor belt and comes into close contact with the main rotating brush. The main rotating brush rotates in the opposite direction to the barreled’s forward movement and the bottom rotating brush. The barreled completes a composite motion of one revolution and four rotations under the action of the dial wheel. The flushing pump continuously sprays water or cleaning agent onto the brushes, which is collected by the lower water tray and recycled into the cleaning agent tank. After a 270° revolution in the outer barreled cleaning machine, the barreled enters the spray chamber, where it is rinsed and output by the conveyor belt. The spray water or cleaning agent in the spray chamber comes from the same flushing pump, collected by the lower water tray, and recycled into the same cleaning tank.

- Fully Automatic Palletizing Machine
The barreled lifting system adopts a newly designed pneumatic opposing clamp, which does not damage the barreled mouth or shrink film, does not drop bottles, and consumes little air. The lifting system employs a linear bearing slider soft connection structure, providing stable lifting speeds and mechanical protection against unexpected faults, effectively safeguarding the machine under special conditions. The lifting and translation positions are detected and positioned using numerical control technology, ensuring precise alignment of the bottle lifting and placing positions, avoiding high failure rates caused by excessive use of positioning switches. The barreled lifting adopts a servo system, with the barreleds moving at multiple speeds (low speed for clamping, medium-high speed for movement, and low speed for placing), resulting in coordinated and stable operation. The machine is controlled by an imported PLC microcomputer with a human-machine interface (HMI), allowing for the free adjustment of operating parameters and processes on the touch screen. It features fault shutdown, alarm, and other functions. Photoelectric detection protection switches are installed at the lifting motion positions. If an abnormality is detected during machine operation, it will immediately stop and alarm, significantly protecting the safety of production personnel and equipment.
