Design The Drawings
Following customer input and product specifications, our design team creates comprehensive drawings specifying dimensions, materials, and technical parameters for accurate manufacturing
CNC Lathe Processing
Based on design drawings, CNC operators program machines to accurately machine parts, ensuring dimensions and shapes meet design specifications for smooth assembly.
Argon Arc Welding
To prevent oxidation and ensure high-quality welds, we use argon arc welding for parts that require joining. This enhances the overall durability and reliability of the machinery.
Component Assembly
After welding, components are assembled by our technicians according to assembly drawings, requiring precision and expertise to guarantee the machine’s quality and functionality.
Technical Debugging
Following assembly, technicians meticulously debug the machine, adjusting parameters, electrical systems, and software to ensure it operates flawlessly according to design specifications.
Customer Visit and Acceptance
Customers are invited to the factory for acceptance testing. At this stage, customers can personally inspect the operational status of the machinery to ensure that all functions comply with the contract specifications.
Packing and Shipping
After customer acceptance, the machinery undergoes a packaging process. Packaging materials are carefully chosen based on the machine’s size and characteristics to ensure safe transportation.
Final Assembly and Debugging
Following equipment delivery, our technicians will conduct final assembly and testing to verify the machinery is fully operational and meets your specific production needs.
